Refund Policy
 

Arogya MedTech Pvt Ltd. is working as a facilitator ensuring the proper care is provided to the user (“Care-Seeker”) by different Service Providers (“Care-Providers”) on a pre-scheduled date and time (“Care-DateTime”) and venue ( “Service-Venue” is generally home of the “Care-Seeker” or Clinical establishment of certain “Care-providers”, such as Doctor, Physiotherapist).

 

A list of such Services and Care-Providers are mentioned below, but it’s not an exhaustive list: 

  • Doctor or Physician

  • Clinical Nurse

  • Physiotherapist

  • 12/24 hours Attendant ( Maid-Care / Nursing-care etc)

  • Ambulance

  • Delivery of  Monthly Medicine at Home (No Emergency Medicine)

  • Lab Services at Home ( if sample can be collected at home)

  • Medical Equipment (rented or bought)

  • Clinical technician (For patients receiving clinical interventions, such as IV Channel, Catheterisation, Ryles Tube etc).

 

None of the “Care-Providers” are employees of Arogya MedTech Pvt Ltd. While Arogya MedTech Pvt Ltd follows detailed process to do reference and background check of the “Care- Providers”, Arogya MedTech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any misconduct by any the “Care-Providers” and/or it's employees/contractors/workers. Arogya MedTech Pvt Ltd is also not responsible for any negligence (clinical or non-clinical) of the “Care-Providers”, as they work as independent entities, individually or organizationally.


 

Cancellation and Refunds

 

To be eligible for a 100% refund, you must cancel the service requested 48 hrs. in advance of the “Care-DateTime” and not have used any of our service.

 

To complete your refund, we will require confirmation from the scheduled “Care-Provider” that the scheduled service was not delivered or took place, in writing.

 

Our refund policy lasts till 3 days after the “Care-DateTime”. You should email us within 3 days the “Care-DateTime” at arogyadoc@gmail.com with proper documentation requesting refund. If 3 days have gone by since “Care-DateTime” unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your request for refund is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
